Sarso-Ka-Saag (with Makki Ki Roti)

Saag is made from leafy greens, typically mustard greens, spinach, or a combination of both it's slow-cooked with aromatic spices such as cumin, coriander, garlic, and a hint of chili. The dish has a creamy, slightly coarse texture and is often finished with a drizzle of ghee. Saag is commonly served with makki di roti.
