Tried to visit by boat this weekend. Despite being told clearly previously boaters are welcomed we were forcibly stopped from docking by staff of freedom boat club. Who were uncooperative in the extreme and intolerant to apparent outsiders docking as they are now renting the docks.

Owners should quickly clarify if casual boaters are welcome or not as it a waste of time to get there only to be rebuffed.

Owners of the freedom boat club should also review the conduct of their staff as it’s totally contrary to the spirit of maritime recreation not to at least accommodate passing boaters even if for a brief stop.

Looking forward to some clarification for the boating community.

Tried to come here for lunch on Sunday at 1PM, the lady came out front & told us they don’t open till 5. The times on this website state it’s open from 11-2 in the afternoon. Quite displeased with this as the lady did not want to hear us out. Someone should look into getting the hours corrected.

Was really excited to see a picturesque place like this and complimenting the location is their amazing menu to Choose from, I ordered a Chicken Dum Biryani and found it customized perfectly to more like the Hyderabadi palate...many Indian restaurants claim that...hope to visit here soon...Compliments to their Chefs...Andy

My friend and I ate here today and I have to say the food was really really good. We ordered the door, bread with veggies and chutney on the side, chicken korma and the black lentils, and they were both delicious. Beautifully presented. The rice was done perfectly. Our server was friendly and chatty. And they also have those serving robots, which are really fascinating, and funny to watch they were pretty entertaining. So all in all of really great place to have lunch, and the price was expensive, but reasonable for today’s costs, I would definitely recommend eating here!

We dined here on Wednesday evening and had a wonderful experience. Rabinder was our host and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed a variety of dishes including ghee dosa, masala dosa, tandoori chicken, fish pakora, and kozhi 555 (chicken)—all of which were delicious. Not only were we very happy with the food, but we were also very pleased with the attentive service from our waitress. A truly enjoyable evening!

We had a lovely dinner at Sagar Ratan. The waitstaff were patient with us and helped us navigate the menu. Everything was delicious and we will be back.

Subh was very friendly and kind. Our server took picture for our family. Loved it here! We tried Sagar Rattan food and the food was really good! 😋
We had naan, Mysore dosa, lassi, and Lahore chicken — everything was flavorful and satisfying.
Definitely worth visiting again.

Very bad experience we had . Me and my friend visited this store on last weekend.At very first we were not greeted or welcomed by anyone. A girl showed up after several minutes and asked if we were there to order . So we just ordered an appetizer for first and we asked for water she gave water bottle and didn’t gave us any cup. Our food had arrived but still waiting for cups . We told her several time for cups for water but she keeps on ignoring. She was just roaming around but didn’t gave us cup. Later on we requested for spoons. She gave only one spoon when were two to eat. And she excused store is busy we don’t have cutlery although clean plates and cutlery was right beside table to us. Why dine in was open if you guys don’t have cutlery to serve ??? Or we suppose to take from home ??She didn’t give us just because We order small food???? Very bad customer service
